Tibetan Year 2145 of the Earth Dog
The calendar begins and ends on Losar, the Tibetan New Year, and displays both Tibetan and Gregorian calendar dates. It is also an excellent reference to schedule all kinds of tasks as it is organised by week, and shows the astrological influences for each day.
Intended to support practitioners of Tibetan Buddhism, it indicates days on which special practices are done, including tsok feast days, sojong, the four great Buddhist festivals, solstices and equinoxes, main anniversaries, and special days in the Tibetan calendar such as Medical Rainfall, etc. It also provides a wealth of thumb size pictures of Buddhas and historical masters.
